Renewals

We can process your membership renewals online, by phone or by post. You don't need to do anything until you receive your renewal letter which will contain instructions for each renewal option.

I have a renewal letter

If you've received your renewal letter you can renew online using a credit card via our secure renewal form.

I don't have a renewal letter

If you have not yet received your renewal letter, this probably means that it's not yet time to renew your membership. If you have a question about your membership renewal, our friendly Membership Services team will be happy to help - call 01767 693680 (9 am to 5.15 pm Monday to Friday).

  • £3 helps plant 12 native trees
  • £5 could provide a field teacher to give schoolkids a wild day with nature
  • £7 helps create 1002m of precious heathland

The more you can give, the more we can do for nature & the environment.
